This second edition of the iconic 1972 guide has been an almost 8 year project for CMA’s Dr Juli Passarelli in collaboration with Milton S Love, UC Santa Barbara. The book is a comprehensive identification guide encompassing all shallow water fishes within California waters. This new version has a similar layout, typeface, font etc as the original but with an expanded number of species (753).

Used by fish biologists, students, fishermen, marine biologists, ecologists academics and researchers: the ultimate reference guide.
