2020 Annual Appeal

Truth is, we need your help more than ever.

• Our educational efforts continue –they’re just online instead of face-to-face. Did you know that some days, we reach up to 2,000 students via Zoom? Our Discovery Lecture Series continues to bring you experts on a wide variety of topics. Have you checked out our website? It’s a treasure trove of fun and educational content for use by teachers and parents alike.
• Our conservation projects continue, including the upcoming release of Aquarium-raised Giant Sea Bass babies that will be tracked as part of a groundbreaking research project.
• All of our animals still need daily care, including our 40-year-old moray eel, which is doing great after the removal of a large tumor.
• While we’re closed, we are still working hard –cleaning, repairing and improving exhibits. We think you’re going to be impressed when we open the doors and welcome you back.
