The Initial Vendor Fee
The initial vendor fee for an Artist Pop-Up at our Downtown Gift Shop applies only after your application has been reviewed and approved by Friends Administration. Additional steps are required to complete your contract.

Have a Booth at the Friends Downtown Pop-Up!
Be part of the Friends of Cabrillo Marine Aquarium Downtown Pop-Up Gift Shop as a featured vendor! When you sign up, simply choose the length of your stay from the drop-down:

• Single Day — $25

• One Week — $50

• Full Month — $150
  ( Does not include First Thursday itself. Set up the day after First Thursday and stay through the day before the following First Thursday.)

• First Thursday Only — $75
  (Night Market & special event traffic with extended hours.)

• A chance to showcase your work in the heart of Downtown San Pedro

• A supportive, community-focused environment

• A fair fee structure: First, you earn back your booth fee. Then you keep the next $50 in profit 100% for yourself. After that, only a 10% commission applies — so the more you sell, the more you take home!

Vendor Commitments
By purchasing this listing, you agree to:

• Arrive on time with your booth fully set up, and break down promptly at the end of your stay

• Provide a full inventory sheet with prices

• Promote your booth: at least 1 post per week on your feed + daily stories while on site

• Tag and mention Friends of Cabrillo Marine Aquarium, include the Downtown Pop-Up address, and reshare related posts

• Provide a Venmo/Zelle QR code — our staff will walk customers through checkout at your booth and gift wrap items

Monthly Vendors May Also:

• Provide a pre-made sign for our sidewalk display frame

• Feature 1 approved product in the shop window display
